Notes from the interviews of the Origins Summit
This is not a transcript but cliff notes of the answers from the interviews. The speakers are doctors, nutritionists and specialists in their field of health that practice functional medicine. These are not you normal diet tips but possible medical reasons you may be having a problem losing weight and how to fix it. Some are diets that have proven to help with certain chronic diseases. Food is not just calories it’s information.
Changing what you put on your fork changes everything.

If everyone followed the guidelines and ate 5-7 servings of vegetables a day we would find America only has enough to feed 3% of the country because of subsidies to commercial/processed food and zero to vegetables.

Processed food is deliberately made to be addictive.
It’s cheaper to eat a whole food diet than processed.
Get rid of soda, trans fat, HFCS, MSG and read labels.
